The Job Safety Skills Society has established a new OH&S Scholarship in memory of James Rintoul who died as a result of a workplace incident.
The memorial scholarship will be awarded to a graduate with a High School Diploma from an Alberta high school or be expecting to graduate with a high school diploma from an Alberta high school in the year of application, who meets the required eligibility criteria.
The student needs to be 18-24 years old and be planning to pursue a career relating to occupational health and safety.
Deadline to apply is May 1st, 2012.
